The Service Plan agreement is $34.95 a month. 1 AC unit and 1 furnace unit: Maintaining your HVAC equipment is the primary way to maximize the efficiency of your system. Fall Furnace Cleaning:

A furnace cleaning a technician will perform a Safety Sequence Check, clean the Flame Sensing Rod, balance the blower wheel, clean the blower motor, perform a Gas Pressure Analysis, test for Gas Leaks, Evaluate the Temp Rise, detect the presence of Carbon Monoxide and determine AMP Draws on the inducer draft Motor and Blower Motor. The technician will vacuum and wipe down the furnace. Check vents for air flow efficiency along with the air filter. Check that the thermostat is working with the furnace. A technician will take the system apart and inspect all the components and adjust them to function at their highest efficiency.

Spring AC Cleaning:

An A/C cleaning technician will do chemical coil cleaning on the inside and outside coil, analyze your systems Static Pressure, Check Refrigerant Levels, test run Capacitors, check AMP Draws on contactors, and lubricate Fan Bearings. Check all the vents are open for maximum air flow, check the air filter, check that the thermostat is working with the AC. The technician will check all the things that maintain maximum efficiency of your equipment.
