Let me tell you , I wasn't sure about buying a new unit, or just fixing the old unit, but that evening it was sure pleasant in my house. It made me glad I didn't replace but just fix the old unit. My central air unit blows gales of cold air and if you set it too low, you will start to freeze, no kidding.

After another HVAC company told me I had a gas leak in my 22 year old furnace and a freon leak and it need to be replaced, Josh inspected and tested the unit and there was not a gas leak. He was very honest and refilled the freon. I will be using Josh and Custom Climate Pros from now on.

Our furnace went out. They were able to squeeze us in and get it fixed right away! They let us know when to expect them (they came within that 2 hour window), and they sent another text to let me know that they were on their way and exactly who to be expecting. They were in and out within about a half hour! Very efficient, friendly and informative!

Custom Climate came same day, fixed our humidifier. Told us the installation (by another company) was not ideal but rather than spend extra money, try it and see if it was efficient. Had them come back and install it properly. Both service calls were handled promptly, professionally, and cleanly with explanations.

Furnace motor failed @5:30AM. Temp was 7 deg.F. By 8AM I was speaking with office rep (delightful!). By 11AM Josh was here to determine the need for parts. By 5PM Josh and Jeremy were here installing a new motor. Service doesn’t get better than that! And I have heat! This is now my “go-to” service company.
