Our heater went out, and the home warranty company we use scheduled the repair through Custom Climate Professionals. Brian Bitter was our service tech and he was able to come out the same day. He found a board in our furnace was shot, but the part wasn't available until the next day. He picked up the part and came back the next day and not only replaced the board but took the time to tune the furnace as it had been tripping the blower fan. He pointed out the filters we were using were too thick and the type of filters we needed to use for this furnace. Very nice and professional guy and we appreciated the extra time Brian took. We discussed replacing the blower and if we decide to do this, we will definetly go with Custom Climate Pros and ask for Brian to do this work.
