Karson McKay was personable and meticulous with his work. He found that the blower case and wheel were dirty, then removed and cleaned them. He also found a problem during testing where the blower capacitor was operating below 10 percent which could have failed at anytime. He suggested we could replace this part. I said go ahead. I liked that Karson was honest and straight forward as well. I want him to come back when it’s time for the AC check this coming spring.

Karson and the entire team worked tirelessly for more than eight hours at my house. They were all courteous and professional in every way. In particular, Karson explained to me how the system works and how I can interact with it. Overall. It was a long but very productive day.

The installers were all very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We recently had service companies send techs out who demanded our Service Dog be locked up while here- whereas all the techs from CCP were warm and kind with him-that alone is a HUGE deal to us. Josh F. made sure we were aware of next steps and that there is a monthly service plan we can opt into for our home, which is a great option! Sally and Laura worked diligently to help with our special circumstances. I definitely recommend CCP to anyone who needs HVAC service-it’s like inviting family or friends (who KNOW what they are doing) into your home to help you!

Josh showed up, ran two tests, fixed A/C problems in 15 minutes, on a Saturday. I cannot say enough good things about the service and excellence.

Each interaction, I have had with the staff at Custom Climate, has been excellent. First Laura who set up the appt. and kept me posted when time changes had to be made. Then Karson, who came to do the maintenance was polite and efficient. When Karson needed a professional consult he contacted Josh, who came right away. They were here to do maintenance on my A/C. However, josh incidentally found a safety issue in my basement where there was a gas leak! He had the valve needed to fix it and gave me an excellent price. I had smelled a bit of gas in the past months but thought it must be normal since it never got too bad. I am truly grateful. This company and the staff are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I will never call a different Climate company again. I have lived here since 1988 and have dealt with plenty of repair people in the 21 years of home ownership. I recently have been in automated purgatory dealing with Sears Home Service for two months, never able to speak to a person that is managing the job. This experience was so much better, thus I have written a long review !
