Brian was anything but Bitter. He was able to come over at practically a moment's notice. He got straight to it, explained all of his diagnostic steps, was up front with me about parts and labor costs, and got it fixed. not to mention he's a great dude and was able to give me some pointers to upkeep for the future.

My overall experience with Brian was outstanding. He answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful with follow on advice! I will recomened Brian to all of my colleagues if they need work done.

Our furnace was only kicking on when it felt like it. We put in an order with American Home Shield and a very kind employee called the next day to set up the appointment. Today Ryan came out and saved us! We had a small repair needed and he took the time to teach us about using a lower Merv rated filter as it was too thick and making our furnace overheat. Couldn’t be more happy with the professionalism of the whole staff and specifically with Ryan.

Brian came before his scheduled time to repair our furnace and had it fixed in record time. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and provided amazing customer service. He gave us some great tips on how to maintain our furnace. He was amazing.

Brian Bitter came right when he said he would come and it took him no time at all to find out what the problem was and fix it. Being a “senior citizen “ I’m afraid of any of those mechanical things so I didn’t mess with it myself at all. Brian located the issue and didn’t think I was too stupid, in fact he was just really kind and explained what I needed to do going forward. He’ll be my technician from now on.

Ryan took his time explaining to me the dynamics of my furnace, and what in particular was causing it to malfunction. Since his efforts, my heater was been not only working, but consistently doing its job since then. Custom climate should hire more employees like Ryan. That not only has the expertise but also able to explain the problem as well as the solution in such laymen terms to their clients.

Brian B did an awesome job quieting my old furnace and ensuring that it was working appropriately. He walked me through what he was doing and why, and educated me on filters and the mechanics of the furnace. All that in addition to taking the time to figure out the vibration issue that has plagued it for years and was not addressed by other Heating Companies. I now have an appropriately working furnace and my mental sanity back! I only wish I had called sooner.

I would highly recommend Charlie and Josh. I ask a lot of questions, and Charlie was very patient with me on the phone. He even in explained in detail how my home warranty plan would work so I wouldn’t have any surprised about coverage later. Josh came out to do the repairs, and he was equally respectful and knowledgeable. He had it serviced in no time. He even saw that the back-up batteries in the thermostat were corroded and we changed those out, too.So grateful for their support.
