Both techs were great. Showed up on short notice. Diagnosed the problem, went to pick up the necessary part, and returned to fix the heater all within about an hour and a half.

It’s started off with my heater not working today and made the call to American Home Shield. They then put me in touch with Custom Climate Professionals. If I was asked to give one word to describe my technician Jeremy I couldn’t because he deserves more then one word to describe him. He went above and beyond to take care of our house and family needs. He arrived early and didn’t hesitate to get right to it and figure out the problem with the furnace. Once he figured it out he immediately drove to the wholesale store to obtain the part he needed to get the furnace up and running. He returned promptly and was very dilierbate in replacing the part as fast as possible. He was very thorough with ensure the unit was working properly before closing out the work. Josh and Bosco were very thorough. They checked all thermostat settings and explained them and gave options and recommendations for adjustments. Then they thoroughly checked the condition of the furnace and cooling components inside and outside. They found the system issue and quickly made repairs providing me with explanations along the way. I was very impressed with both of them!

Josh & Bosco These two young men where very Polite and answer all my questions. I feel they where very honest and up front with me. Not like some of these companies that are out to rob you blind. Told me that if it happens again then they will come back and change the part out and I would not be charged a other service call. That is awesome most place would charge you again to come back out. I was house sitting for my parents up in Black Forest when I came home after work on 10/9/18 to it being a low of 28 outside and snowing only to walk into the house where it was 56 because the furnace had stopped working. I was a little panicked to think of having to deal with a issue this big of a broken furnace especially being a female and worrying that someone might over charge me because I don’t know anything about this topic. I did some research and found custom climate professionals had great reviews so I booked an appointment online which was super easy. First thing Wednesday morning 10/10/18 I got call about my appointment letting me know someone would be out today to fix my furnace. The text alerts were awesome , Jeremy and Seth showed up and were very professional and nice. Explained everything to me and never once made me feel like I didn’t understand. They had my furnace back up and running within a few hours, prices were great I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

We had hail damage on our old system. Insurance wasn’t going to pay at first, I called 3 different companies and Custom Climate Professionals quote was the only I one that included important code violations that needed to be addressed, which made the insurance agent very cooperative and issued a check to cover everything needed. Custom Climate Professionals scheduled installation a week later and arrived early to start the long job. They remained on the job until it was finished and were very professional. Our system is currently working and looks and sounds perfect.

Josh told me ahead of time what he was going to do and then I watched him do exactly as he said. We had a service done on a furnace that had not been serviced in many years and he completely disassembled, cleaned and put back together the furnace. He then adjusted it for Optimum performance. He also inspected a space heater in the garage and clean and checked it. Would highly recommend this company!!!

Custom Climate Professionals are the best. They go above and beyond to take GREAT care of their customers. I have a medical issue and need a/c. When our a/c needed attention, they were there. They even came on a Saturday, after hours,to check our thermostat that had gone haywire. If I could give them a ten star rating, I would. The service, professionalism, kindness are off the charts.
