It’s amazingly rare to find repair companies who really know how systems work and what is needed to fix them. I wouldn’t trust my heating and air conditioning to anyone else. Custom Climate is a small company with great knowledge and big hearts. They care for their customers by fixing things the right way and doing what they can to make it affordable. And most of all, they care about the people they are helping first. Josh and Charlie are grade A. Don’t call anyone else.

We had an A/C in one of our apts go out in the heat of the summer. We were looking for an HVAC company that could sell us a quality unit at a fair price and get it installed as soon as possible. We contacted several companies. Custom Climate Professions came out the next day to do an an estimate. They had it installed in less than two weeks. The installers were awesome and had great customer service skills. Our tenant was happy. We were happy. We will definitely use them again.

Selling my house and leaving the state. Checked out my ac to make sure it works and had some problems show up. Having the three year service contract I jumped on calling ccp. They went Matthew out, he showed up early and ready. Stayed for three hours giving my entire system a deep clean knowing I'm trying to show the house. He didn't have to do that. This is a trend with everyone CCP sends out and I can't recommend them more. You can bet whoever buys my house will have a glowing recommendation for these guys and not just a magnet/sticker on my furnace. Btw the system is working perfectly now, he even swapped out my filter before he left.

When our furnace went out in the home we had purchased in the spring, Custom Climate Professionals helped us with options to replace our furnace. They provided great options and details, we decided to install an A/C system in the house with them as well (inflation is real y’all). We had one rescheduled appointment to complete the AC install, but in that I appreciated how much they all (from the office staff to the technicians and supervisors) worked to prioritize clients who needed services with their furnace during a cold week. I had no problem rescheduling for that. They scheduled an electrician and all of the permit details as well as warranties on our units. They will work well for you, leaving little-to-no work on your part. Highly recommend. Thanks Jeremy, Jessie, Josh, Sally and Laura. We appreciate you all.

I love these people. I've had several of their workers and the owner on my property to do various HVAC things over the last six years. Recently we put our house up for sale and moved across country. We got a contract on the house and that's when the fun started. The buyers agent decides to play games. To make a long story short, my wife and I were put into an almost impossible situation if it was not for Josh and his team. I had three days to move mountains but I was not there to do so. These guys went to work and helped me accomplish an impossible task. They did this the next day and this was a week before Christmas. Not only that but the charge was extremely good. It's saved us a lot of money and heartache. Don't even think about it. Use these guys first. I just wish I could take them cross country with us. I was skeptical due to my experiences with heating companies trying to get you to replace the unit. I’ve been told of dangers left and right and almost gave in many times . Brian answered my questions , he rendered confidence and knowledge and walked me through a learning experience of my unit. I would absolutely recommend! Wish more people knew of this great company!!

Brian Bitter did a heater inspection at 4 pm on November 8, 2021. He was extremely knowledgeable about the inspection and talked us through everything he was doing in great detail. Highly highly recommend hiring him for your next HVAC service!
