When I first called Sally picked up. She is great and delightful over the phone. She said Brian would be over between a 4 hour window. He came about an hour after the call and replaced a part for my furnace which he had in his truck. It didn't take more than a half hour. He is very pleasant, quick and doesn't dawdle.
