I was working through a home warranty company late on a Friday nite and was not expecting a furnace fix over the weekend and probably not till maybe the middle of the next week. Brian, their tech, made it out just past there closing time the following day and was able to get our broken furnace up and running under and hour. We have two little children and the temperature at nite has been freezing, so we can not thank him enough for the work he did and the extreme quickness he did it in! Thank you so much!

Brian B. arrived on time and immediately walked through with me while I described the problem with my furnace. He assessed the situation, asked a few probing questions and began troubleshooting. He determined the issue quickly and explained the needed repair. Once the repair was completed he inspected the now operating furnace for any obvious issues. The final price was clearly more than reasonable. Additionally, the office staff member with whom I initially spoke was very professional and efficient.

Cannot thank you enough. The climate control system installed made a big positive difference to the comfort and air quality to our home. From start to finish your team work very efficiently, stuck to you schedule, work very clean and tidy. Water tank, air conditioning, humidifier and heater, all looks very impressive put together. This system runs so quietly we both had to check see if system was on.

Jeremy showed up earlier than expected which was great. He was very polite and informative when explaining the issue with my furnace. It was determined I needed a cleaning of the entire furnace as well as to replace a couple of parts. He didn’t pressure me for any additional services and was thankfully able to do everything the same day. He replaced what needed to be replaced and showed me the difference after cleaning the system. Everything was spotless and ran as if it was brand new. Having been the first time interacting with this company and Jeremy, I can highly recommend this place. Jeremy is a fantastic technician with great customer service skills. Because of him I’ll be coming back when I need A/C installed in my home as well as any other needs that arise.

Seth arrived this morning...he was tidy, polite and very respectful of my home (covers for his snowy boots, etc.). I had what's called Roll-out --- flames shooting out from my furnace as it was not firing properly and making an explosion type of sound the entire time it ran. At first it seemed like I might be void of heat for a day or more... Seth went out for parts, came back after my appointments of my day and didn't give up ... even if it meant additional tools unique to my situation. I have a warranty under American Home Shield and this was how I became aware of Seth and his company. I actually work for another HVAC company and knew they would drop everything to get me set up to be warm and safe... our standards of customer service are nearly unattainable... but Seth nailed it. I would give him a 5+. My suggestion to the office staff who had told me I would be the first appointment of the day which began at 8 (I had a 10:30 business meeting I was hosting) would be to communicate with me that it would be later than anticipated. As it was, I left for my appointment and Seth returned with parts, etc., around 4:30and didnt quit even though it was nearly 6:30. I sit here in my home with heat and gratitude that Seth went the extra mile. Thanks, Seth!
