Custom Climate Pros did a fantastic job on our AC installation. It was a brand new install including duct work, so it was a huge project. Josh, Jeremy, Seth, & Robbie are absolute professionals--they went above and beyond to take care of our home. The installation was exceptional--even with those usual hidden problems. Although they were not the cheapest bid we received, they absolutely provided the best value. We got a far better, more efficient system than the other companies were quoting at a reasonable price. Custom Climate Control has worked in or home several times. We have a problematic unit that seems to fail in different ways a few times each winter. The techs, most recently Seth, are courteous, informative, knowledgeable and thorough. Seth fixed our most recent problem, but then went an extra step to run diagnostics to find that the unit was running inefficiently and made the necessary adjustments to maximize the output and keep our home safe. They have earned my trust and my future business. I will not use any other HVAC service provider.

Brian & Seth did an excellent job working on our furnaces. They were thorough & explained what they were doing as they did it. They also kept in touch with my husband by phone and by photo so that he knew what was going on. After they finished the service/tune up they gave us a couple options for repairs & replacement that would make our system run even better. They were recommended to us b friends. And I would recommend them to me friends.
